Tikal Convertible Bag – 3-in-1 Design with Vintage Huipil & Artisan Craftsmanship
Named after Tikal, one of Guatemala’s most sacred and ancient national parks, this bag honors cultural heritage while offering modern-day versatility. The Tikal Convertible Bag has been thoughtfully designed to give new life to our hand-sourced, vintage huipils—each one woven by Indigenous artisans and full of history, meaning, and character.
This multi-functional bag can be worn three different ways to suit your lifestyle:
- Tote Style – Carry it by hand for a clean, minimalist look.
- Crossbody Style – Attach the adjustable strap for a hands-free, over-the-shoulder option.
- Backpack Style – Clip on the backpack straps for comfort and all-day wear.
Each bag features a one-of-a-kind huipil on both sides, paired with vintage corte lining and two exterior side pockets—perfect for a water bottle, baby bottle, or other on-the-go essentials. Whether you're using it as a diaper bag, a travel bag, or an everyday carryall, this piece offers the functionality of a modern bag with the soul of a traditional textile.
No two bags are ever alike. The natural wear, woven detail, and artisanal imperfections of each huipil bring character that mass-produced bags simply can’t match.
Features:
- Wear it 3 ways: tote, crossbody, or backpack
- Made with authentic, hand-sourced vintage huipils
- Two exterior side pockets for bottles or essentials
