We are Alejandra and Natalia, the co-founders of Tipico Tico. We created Tipico Tico because we saw a lack of representation in our Guatemalan culture, especially in the ethical and sustainable fashion space.

Every product we carry, displays up-cycled vintage textiles, allowing for each item to be truly one-of-a-kind. Tipico Tico is dedicated to connecting the world with Guatemalan artisans and creating high-quality products using ethical and traditional materials.

About Alejandra

I recently received my certificate in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. It has always been important to me to be a voice, not only to the people of Guatemala but be a connection to the millions of Guatemalans living in the U.S.

About Natalia

I graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Graphic Design and a minor in Photography. I love being able to capture the journey of running a business with my mom, as well as share the story of our artisan partners. Seeing the impact we were making to each of the families, brings us so much joy and furthers our passion to help others.
